Many of our stamping die tools we must send them out for hardening, vacuum furnace is pointed process for heating. This method heating gives a best solution for heat penetrating in each cell of the tool materials. So the hardened tools have long life and be durable.

Also we provide vacuum hardening sulotion for our hundreds and thousands of metal  parts for surface treatment. This option for our parts because our customers have special requirement to hardness and thrength. The treating cost is much higher than other hardening way. Many of our auto parts must be done in this method.
