Our aluminum die casting factory manufacture medical machine base, lighting fixtures, door handles and heat sinks. The die casting machine size varies from 120T-1250T. After casting, the parts will be sent for machining, flatting, barel finishing and powder coating.
Raw aluminum material: ADC12, A380 and A360.
Tooling material includes H13,ADC2344 and 8407. The tool life can last 90000 shots or more. Our tooling engineers design the moulds with our techniques and skills, it saves tooling lead time and more efficience in the production.
