Tooling process

Our tooling factory equipped with slow feeding wire cut machines, electric spack machines, CNC machine centers, millers, water grinding machines and CNC lathes, these machines do the different proceses for the mould core and base, the dimensions and tolerances are held properly and correctly. We have a strong tooling design team to design the moulds of the custom parts and products,our well designed moulds always make production easiler and efficient.We provide follow moulds building:

1. Stamping tools, single hit tools, progressive tools. 2. Aluminum die casting moulds. 3. Plastic injection molding moulds.  4. Aluminum extruding tools.
