Metal bending process
We use CNC bending machines and CNC shearing machines to form up the bended parts and products. More of the bending and shearing works require a very tight tolerances, these machines can keep tolerances at +/-0.03mm. CNC digital controls have been applied. These equipments can makes good products like light boxes,drawer slides, window arms, capble trays and brackets.
Material: cold rolled steel, brass, aluminum sheet.
The bending machines have a severa tools, the bending chart show you what we can do on the bends.The difficult bends require special tools. Our techniques and skills allways delicated to the most complicated bending works.
