Our aluminum factory extrudes many different shapes of aluminum bars for the house building industries and electronic heat sink industries. Material types: 6061-T5 and 6063-T6. The tooling department and production department have a great techniques and skills on aluminum extruding.
The extruded bars will be sent to the second operation area for cutting, drilling, threading, milling and deburing.
Finally the finished parts and products will be sent to the surface treating area, there are two processes anodizing and powder coating. The anodizing pools are handreds of meters long like the extruded bars. We are one of the best of aluminum extruder for the house building industries.
