Metal part stamping

Our stamping factory provide stamping process for the sheet metal parts and sheet metal products to our customers, we design tools by ourselves. Cold rolled steel, stainless steel, spring steel, aluminum sheet and titanium sheet are materials our process worked. We use different size machine to make different size parts, the small machines make small size parts, the large machines make large size parts, the machine size varies from 10T-120T; We design two types of tools for different volumes, the single hit tools for small volume, the progressive tool for large volume.

Our stamping process is divided with cutting, forming and deep drawing sub processes, we study the parts and decide which sub process required. The stamping finished parts we will send them out for heat treatment and surface plating. We makes custom metal stamped parts like brackets, spring clips, hose clamps, washers, containers, locks, covers and rings, these parts we manufacture and sell to USA, Europe, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and many other parts of the world.
