Automatic Net

Most of our brackets we use this hardening process to complete the treating. This is the most efficient way to do the hardening. It is suitable for large volume but medium size and small parts. The manufacturing cost is economical.

Many of our tools and tool components we use this method to harden them. We usually provide this solution to our customer when his parts is small and large volume. The automatic net goes through quenching pool and tempering pool, finally cool down at the end of the net. In this process we have extensive skills to control the part free from deforming and twisting.
