Stainless Steel

Stainless steel be fed through the machine with coil or sheet strip. Because of the stiffness of the stainless steel, the dies material needs a good tensil strength and hardened very well. Cr12MoV be considered as right material.The vaccum heat treating will be consider to harden the die material. The tooling cost will be highter.

Comparing to copper, carbon steel, aluminum or other material, stainless steel is the most difficult work involved in our stamping process.

Stainless steel usually use for brackets which apply in the chemical pools can bear many harmful chemical factors and virus.  A lot of cookware also made from stainless steel as 304 and 316.
