Copper

Copper is one of the soft materials in the stamping, the die material can be common tool material like Cr12 or T8 ect. In the punching process, the material under press the size will be large a little bit that effect the tollerances. The lower limits of tolerances must be considered in the die design. As well, we have a lot of experience on the sheet flaten measurements. Our designed die always properly fit the prints, satisfy our customer's needs and wants.

Because copper has good conductivity, so our customers use it as heatsinks, joints, contacts, terminals, connectors, nuts, washers ect.

Bass and copper also have good resistance for friction, a lot of our bearing bushes and fall arrest brakes are made from these material.
