Aluminum material is used a lot for stamped parts like heatsinks, enclosures, cups ect. Because of its light weight and heatsunk, aluminum use in airplane, electronic,electric industries. Since its softness and stickness, the die pads must be polished very well, the material under press the size will be large a little bit that effect the tollerances. So we always carefully choose the die rift dimensions.

The surface treating for aluminum is anodizing which do many colors, so the anodized aluminum stamped parts and products widely using verywhere.
