Carbon Steel

Carton stee is a cheap material in our stamping process, but a lof of our customers use it which has good tensil strength. A lof our brackets use this material like spring steel, 08F,Q345B ect.

Because the corbon steel is our main material we use in our stamping process, so we have a lot of experience to control the spring back issue when we do the bending operations. The die material we choose Cr12 or T10 ect.

Carbon steels usually adopt electro plating for the surface protection. Zinc, tin, copper,chrome, nickel ect. Before plating, some of the part require hardening process, we also provide this work as well.
