TIG welding

We provide TIG welding for metal parts, particullar use for carbon steel and stainless steel. Some of our lighting fitting requires TIG welding using for joining between two or 3 separate pieces. Joining is an all-inclusive term covering processes such as welding,brazing,soldering,adhesive bonding and mechanical fastening. These processess are an essential and important aspect of manufacturing and asssembly operations.

TIG process is used for a wide variety of applications and metals, paticularly aluminum,magnesium, titanium, and the refractory metals. It's especailly suitble for thin metals such as lighting cases or covers.

After welding, all parts have been polished or blaster sanding, then get them for surface plating or coating.
