Advanced Machine prototyping

Many plastic products like vacuum cleaner cases we use CNC machine to mill to different shapes, then we assemble all milled parts together, painted them in required colors. The prototyping lead time is only 7 days at the minimum.

The prototype model material we use plastic, aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel, rubber ect.

Our customer asked us to make prototypes first, once the prototype function and looks well, we will enter the mass production. Usually we make a pilot lot to test the market. We have a lot experience in the prototyping. Most of our prototypes quickly enter the mass production and full market selling.
