Single hit die

Single hit die is one of the simplest tool when we shear the part from the sheet materials, one punch completes one part  from one station. Piercing, blanking, parting, notching and lancing will be considered as punchinng process. If the parts require these processes, we design the die as a single hit one, it is easier for operating. It's suitable for low volume production. The tooling cost is less. We usually suggest our customers to take single hit tooling if the volume is less than 100000 pieces.
