Lathe machined parts

We use turning machines to complete the complicated parts like shafts, spindles, pins,nuts, joints ect. Automatically number controled machines with the autamatic feeder the productivity have been promoted up a lot. The tolerance we can hold on 0.005mm, the diameter of hole can be 0.5mm small. The lathe machining is one of our major processes.

Material: Aluminum bar, copper, brass, carbon steel, stainless steel, plastic POM, PA ect.

The mass production lead time for 10k is about 4 weeks.
